Student running into Florence Moore Hall

Enrolling in Frosh 101 / Transfer 101

Main content start

Course enrollment—including for Frosh 101 and Transfer 101—for new students will open during New Student Orientation in September. Any students interested in Frosh 101 and Transfer 101 are welcome and encouraged to enroll.

Since Frosh 101 is a residentially-based program, students are encouraged to enroll in a section within their assigned residence; there are unique course codes for each house in which frosh can be assigned. Transfer 101 will be hosted within Kimball Hall. The 2025-26 course listings for Frosh 101 and Transfer 101 are linked below:

Lastly, enrollment limits for individual sections of Frosh 101 and Transfer 101 are designed to keep group sizes manageable for facilitators. Enrollment numbers change throughout the first couple weeks of the quarter; if a section appears full once enrollment has opened, spots could open up.
